  1. Can you accommodate all allergies or dietary restrictions?

    The twenty-plus course tasting menu is constantly evolving and our chefs plan for your experience in advance. We are currently able to accommodate vegetarians, pescatarians, and allergies to pork, shellfish, tree nuts and peanuts. Please make sure to let us know below if any guests in your party have any of those dietary restrictions or allergies in the questionnaire sent to you in your confirmation email. If your guests have any other allergies or dietary restrictions, we ask that you kindly contact us at (702) 698-7950. We will confirm what accommodations can be made, and will book your reservation manually. Please note, due to the complexity of the menu, we cannot accommodate vegan or Kosher guests at this time, and dairy cannot be completely eliminated as an ingredient.

  2. What is your cancellation policy?

    Just as with attending a sporting event, concert or the theater, all sales are final. We cannot cancel your ticket or reschedule it for another night. If you are unable to make the dinner, the tickets are transferable to other guests.

  3. How far in advance can I make a reservation?

    At 10 am PST on the first day of every month, reservations are released for the following two months. For example, on the first of April, reservations are available for April, May and June, and so on. You may make a reservation at any time during the three month period.

  4. Do you offer wine pairings?

    To enhance your experience, we offer several beverage pairings that are available for purchase in advance, or when you arrive at the restaurant. There are three tiers of beverage offerings: Spanish, Premium and Platinum. The evening will be full of culinary surprises and our pairings will match and highlight its agility.

  5. Do you have a dress code?

    There is no dress code at é by José Andrés. We do not require jackets, but dress tends to be more formal.

  6. Can I have a private seating?

    Yes, a private seating would constitute a full buyout of the space. Tuesday through Sunday, those buyout times would be 5:30pm or 8:30pm. On Monday, since we are typically dark, any seating time between 5:30pm and 8:30pm will work. The cost of a private seating is $4,000 excluding beverage, tax and gratuity.

  7. Can I give my seat away or sell it?

    Yes. The ticket is completely transferable. Please note, Tock does not allow ticket purchases greater than the original ticket price. Anyone who purchases a ticket from another patron should take care to ensure that they have a received a formal transfer of the ticket through our official website. Any tickets purchased on the secondary market are at the purchaser's risk. We cannot accept responsibility for forgeries or misrepresentations. To transfer a ticket, log in to your account, go to the "My Account" area using the upper right navigation pane and select "Your Tickets." Each ticket has a transfer button next to it.

  8. Can I make a reservation over the phone?

    Phone is not our preferred method of communication. However, you may reach out to us via our email address, reserve@ebyjoseandres.com, and someone will call to assist you as soon as possible.

  9. Where is é by José Andrés located?

    é by José Andrés is located in a private dining room in Jaleo. Jaleo is located in The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas in the Boulevard Tower on the third floor. When you check-in for your reservation time with our host team, you will be seated at a reserved table in Jaleo until all é diners have arrived. Please arrive 15 minutes before your seating time in order to ascertain beverage preferences prior to your experience. Service begins promptly at 5:30pm and 8:30pm.
